What is the Neighborhood Stabilization Program or NSP?
The NSP program was devised to help stabilize area that have hit by the foreclosure crisis. Funding for the program is part of the Federal Government's stimulus package enacted in order to help revive the economy during the past recession.

What does the NSP mean to you?
Qualified buyers can buy a fully rehabilitated home in Cleveland with tax abatement and a 20% forgivable 2nd mortgage while paying a price that is a fraction of the actual cost to rehabilitate the home. Homes using the NSP program are also required to use green building standards that will drastically reduce your utility costs.
