Your Guide to Point of Sale Property Inspections in Cuyahoga County
Point of sale inspections are visual inspections that are required before an owner enters into a contract to sell a property. Not all cities in Northeast Ohio require point of sale inspections and the type of point of sale inspection – exterior only, exterior and interior etc. – varies depending on the city.
